Join Our Moral Support Zoom Meetings
The Healthy Nurse Healthy New Jersey Team will continue to hold Moral Support Zoom meetings at 8 p.m. on Wednesdays throughout the month of May. These meetings provide New Jersey nurses with a safe place where they can discuss their feelings during this emotionally trying time.
NJSNA Honors Nursing Excellence
The NJSNA’s nonprofit Institute for Nursing C.A.R.E.S. Award is a peer-nominated honor created to pay tribute to nurses who exemplify the best in the profession in Clinical practice, Administration, Research, Education and Support.

Nurses on Compassionate Care
J. Patrick Barnes died from complications of an autoimmune disease in 1999. Struck by the level of care, compassion and guidance given by his team of nurses, his family launched the DAISY Foundation to honor the nursing support he had received.
