Following today’s call, participants will possess the knowledge and understand approaches to supporting the health and well-being of older adults, their care partners, nursing home team members, and other stakeholders during COVID-19.

  2. Learners will discuss two or more ways to communicate with residents, care partners, and between direct care staff and management during COVID-19
